The Black Ministries Department oversees 17 churches in the Southeastern California Conference that are predominately African American congregations. These churches are located in four of the five counties that make up the Southeastern California Conference. Our membership as of January 31, 2006 is 9,128. We will be placing information on this website about our churches, school, educational scholarships and special events in the Black Ministries Department and links to our church websites for your information.
